Today we did some work on a version of a chess game where the pieces have a number of lives each. Toby came up with a great method with Velcro dots on the bottom of the pieces, the number of lives is written on the bottom of the Velcro so it can be changed. Unfortunately the pieces have velvet bottoms so the dots were not sticking properly. Have to come up with a new plan.
We also started making a poster for Jasmine when she comes to stay on Sunday but didn’t finish. Toby and Eve are both very happy she is coming to stay.
Toby walked to and from preschool to drop Eve off. He stayed in the pushchair when picking Eve up and Eve walked all the way home 🙂 Toby read his Galaxy library book.
Toby watched a few Numberphile videos. He also played If which is an emotion handling game and Chemcaper an adventure game about chemistry.
