Toby was asking Eve difficult maths questions. I explained that she didn’t know numbers past 40 so would not be able to answer. Toby decided to make a maths game for Eve – we cut out squares of card and Toby wrote digits on them and some mathematical operations so that we could show Eve all different numbers and sums.
We watched VSauce at breakfast.
Toby has been playing lots of piano using Dust Busters. He is doing tournaments so is trying to improve on 4 songs to get higher in the rankings.
He drew a maze puzzle which had coloured circles.
He and Eve played in the tents together.
Toby wrote lots more on the Infinite Woods story and we read it together – great stuff.
We went to the woods and climbing trees and did great balancing. We discussed the changing seasons and that the leaves would start to change.
Toby made up a new imaginary creature – a goik! He made a new spreadsheet to include it!
