Circuits are fun!

  • Times tables and trying to make the prime numbers of the numbers in a time tables grid

  • Doctors for Eve – social, behaviour v good. Sat well in waiting room and answered doctors questions well.
  • Writing more on story in notes while in the doctor’s room
  • Playground – lots of swinging today

  • Ted ed lessons – watched ones about maths riddles and how to solve them
  • Magic school bus – weather
  • Scratch art

  • learningcircuits.co.uk – really good site for learning about circuits and basic symbols. Completed all of the parts and did the quiz at the end.
  • Giving input and thinking about what subjects we should be learning about each day using timetable
  • Reading ‘My brother is a super hero’ – enjoying it and telling us bits from the book
  • Watched Cosmos episode and discussing content with Chris (2014 version)
  • Improving and playing ‘Take 4’ card game he and Chris created last night
  • Toby had piano lesson this evening – he wasn’t feeling good when they got there and Chris suggested to him to give it a miss but Toby said he would do it. Toby was upset because he couldn’t play the music as well as he wanted, he started playing horrible chords and the teacher asked him to stop. Toby tried to hit the teacher and she called Chris in. Toby said sorry and laid on the floor. We will call them tomorrow to apologise and see if they are happy for Toby to go again. I think last week went so well as Toby was confident he could play the song well. I had tried to encourage Toby to practise this week’s song but he was reluctant. We have to make sure he is happy with the song before going in.
