Injuries and BBQ!

This morning Toby was reading 26-storey treehouse.

We walked to go running at the Manor but as soon as we started running on the gravel Toby fell over and cut both knees, elbow, hip and ribs! Poor Toby! He screamed and found it hard to calm down, we walked back (Chris ran to get the car) most of the way and got a lift down our road. We spent a long time cleaning the cuts and giving him a luke warm bath because the sand was difficult to get off 🙁

Toby drew a maze. Read some more and did some k’nex with Eve. Watched VSauce and Vi Hart.

We were a little apprehensive about taking Toby to Roda’s birthday BBQ but it turned out really well. He drew a maze, read lots of 13-storey treehouse and spent ages on their trampoline. They have a park and playground just behind their house so Toby went there 3 times!

He managed to do good good byes too!

He read more on the way home and then we did Math Factor – square numbers and EdPlace – addition.
